I am currently working as a senior UX researcher at Bloomberg LP.
People are complex. Experiences are complex. But I don't simplify them into formulas or archetypes, numbers or percentages. As a researcher, I embrace complexity because it is the raw material for creating compelling stories that drive user-centered design.
Whether I employ quantitative or qualitative methods, I develop rigorous research that is valid and persuasive. I pursue every project as a chance to identify unmet needs and unrecognized challenges, in the process developing my own capacities to empathize with users, improve products, and redefine the relationships between them.
